This Is not placing a booking, it is used in order to provide a precise quote. If you agree to this quote our staff will then confirm your booking via your preferred contact method. You will receive a confirmation text and/or emails of your booking, when placed.
The infomation provided by you will be used to select the correct sized vehicle. If you knowingly provide incorrect information causing an incorrect sized vehicle to be sent to cover a booking, this will still need to be paid for even if the journey can not be carried out and we may not be able to guarentee the availability of another vehicle to accomodate your needs, however we will try to.
All cases must fit in the vehicle boot (excluding cabin bags such as back packs), drivers are not allowed to transport luggage in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. This is not only a TFL requirment it is a matter of occupancy safety.
Any promo codes supplied will be applied, providing they are valid, this will be confirmed by staff when providing your quote.
We do not provide child seats but you are welcome to use your own for your journey. If we take you we will store it and return it when we collect you. if we are just dropping you we can store it for you in our office to be collected. If we are only collecting you, you can arrange to have the seats dropped into our Chingford Mount office. Storage is free of charge.
Bookings are made using the expected flight arrival time. We live track flights in realtime using the flight number you have provided, this means the booking time will change as the flight is mid-air.
We do not offer a meet and greet service with a nameboard inside the terminal, by deafult. However, we can if you prefer, arrange this. It is at an additional cost. Please mention in the notes box if you would like this.
We allow 45 minutes for you to pass through the terminal to meet your driver. This is deemed as the ideal time where neighter you nor the driver are left waiting for prelonged periods. Anything past 45 minutes and the driver is entitled to charge waiting time charged at 38p per minute.
