If you already have a loyalty membership with us but have maybe forgotten your membership number or Pin number or are not sure if you have applied before or not then please contact us and we will look into this for you and advise if we have an active membership for you or not and provide you with your details.

  1. Our Loyalty Membership offers you upto 10% off all your trips, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  2. We reserve the right to end the scheme at any time and without notice.
  3. Your unique loyalty number is yours and yours only, it will not be applied unless you are travelling in the vehicle and if deemed to have been used without you travelling it will be revoked, from the trip.
  4. Misuse can and will result in your membership number being cancelled without replacement.
  5. Abuse towards office staff and/or drivers will result in your membership being cancelled without replacement and possible blacklisting from our services.
  6. It is your responsibility to provide your unique number to be eligible for your discount. Staff do not have access to it and will only verify it on booking.
  7. You must quote your unique loyalty number AT THE POINT OF BOOKING, our booking agents are unable to source your number or apply your code once your car is booked.
  8. Our IVR (Automated telephone booking system can not add loyalty discounts. To ensure it is added press 9 and speak to a booking agent. Once again it can not be added once the car is booked.
  9. Loyalty scheme currently only applies to telephone or in person bookings, It can not currently be applied to web-booker or app bookings.
  10. Loyalty discounts can not be applied to airport transfers either to or from an airport. 
  11. Our loyalty scheme is only open to customers residing in the immediate area to our offices. Only residential postcodes of E4, IG8 and E17 will be activated. Other areas can apply but may not be accepted. This is down to managements discretion.
